  an over all bad place to live no concideration for there own renters and buyers are not allowed to move there own trailer out...the pool rarely is open in the summer and they dont cut there grass they expect you to and if you dont they charge you $50 and if you cant afford it you are screwed they hire bad grounds keepers and the rent and sell crapy and broken trailers
