  As luck would have it, my family moved into a Stoneridge apartment that was infested with dangerous black mold due to several water leaks that went unnoticed and was not inspected or fixed correctly (by management/maintenance) before we took occupancy of the apartment. The office manager Tammy was difficult to deal with regarding this issue and completely ignored my concerns for months. In my opinion, the maintenance staff were not properly trained to make some of the necessary (plumbing, HVAC, and electrical) repairs that Tammy should have approved and called a licensed professional to fix months before when first noticed.
  
  If you make the decision to move here OR already live at Stoneridge Apartments, please inspect the closet water heater area AND inside the furnace area for water leaks. I never thought to open up these areas to inspect until we saw mushrooms growing in the carpet and on some of our clothing that we did not wear often in the closet (you will need tools to remove the screws). Upon opening, we found the walls were covered with dangerous black mold (samples were taken and confirmed by a licensed black mold professional). By this time, we had been living, sleeping, and breathing it for several months. We immediately vacated the apartment.
  
  I would not recommend living here based upon the experience of my family.
