  Came for oil change. Played on my phone while I waited so it was a bit before the thought occurred to me that it was taking a little longer than usual. Turns out the gentleman working with me drove to the Napa down the street to get the uncommon oil filter my car uses.
  
  I've had other oil changing businesses refuse to work on my vehicle specifically because of this filter so I was very appreciative that he'd go above and beyond to provide me with proper service!
